Terms of Service

These terms are a factual draft of how projects work. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer, and individual project agreements take precedence.

Projects are delivered by Mario Koubayati, a freelancer based in Lebanon trading as SimplisticWeb. Contact: info@simplisticweb.com.

Current packages and prices are listed on the Services page. The written project agreement confirms your scope, timeline, payment schedule and any project-specific cancellation, ownership or licensing arrangements before work begins.

A 50% deposit is due before work starts. The remaining 50% is due before final handoff and launch.

Each package includes three rounds of revisions. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Timelines are estimates that depend on receiving content and feedback promptly. A rush option is available for an additional $100, subject to availability.

Image sourcing and analytics setup are not included unless agreed in writing. Third-party costs such as platform subscriptions, domains, themes, apps or stock imagery are paid by the client.

30 days of post-launch support is included for fixes and small questions about the delivered site.
