This policy explains how SimplisticWeb handles information sent through this website.

SimplisticWeb is operated by Mario Koubayati, a freelance web designer based in Lebanon. I am responsible for how enquiry information is used for my business.

When you send an enquiry, I collect your name, email address and message, along with any business name, website, preferred platform, package or timeline you choose to provide. The form also records your acknowledgement of this Privacy Policy.

The enquiry system can record referral and campaign information, browser details and a hashed identifier derived from your IP address for spam prevention. Your raw IP address is not stored with your enquiry. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses separately in their normal traffic logs.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your website enquiry.

I use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss your website, prepare a proposal and manage any project we agree to undertake. Technical information helps operate and secure the website and prevent spam.

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Optional analytics choices are separate from your enquiry.

The website is hosted through Lovable using Cloudflare. Enquiries are stored in Lovable Cloud, with the enquiry database hosted in Ireland in the EU.

Lovable's built-in email service sends a notification containing your submitted enquiry details and message to my Google business inbox. Information is therefore also processed by the notification-delivery service and stored in my mailbox. Removing an enquiry from the website database does not remove its email copy.

The services used are:

• Lovable and Cloudflare: website hosting, delivery and operational/security services.
• Lovable Cloud: enquiry storage.
• Lovable's built-in email service: enquiry notifications and delivery records.
• Google Gmail / Google Workspace: business email and correspondence.
• Calendly: discovery-call scheduling.

Access is restricted through the private admin and business email accounts. Service providers may process information and allow authorised personnel access as necessary to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to handle legal claims.

If you book a Free discovery call through Calendly, Calendly processes the scheduling information you provide. I receive the details needed to manage the appointment. Any connected calendar or conferencing services may process necessary appointment information.

Google Analytics is not currently enabled on this website.

The website uses browser storage for private admin sign-in and for remembering your privacy preferences. Hosting infrastructure also processes operational traffic information.

Lovable provides hosting and may provide visit and event measurement for published websites as part of its platform. See the Lovable privacy policy.

Before Google Analytics is activated, this policy will be updated to describe its operation and the available analytics choices.

I operate from Lebanon and access business enquiries there. The enquiry database is hosted in Ireland. Website delivery, email services and Calendly may process information in other countries as part of their services. Ireland database storage does not mean every copy or processing operation remains in Ireland.

For enquiries that do not become projects, I retain enquiry information for 12 months after our last meaningful contact, unless a legal obligation or a justified need to handle a claim requires longer retention. Eligible non-project enquiries are then removed from the website database automatically. I separately review and remove the relevant notification and correspondence copies in my business mailbox.

If an enquiry becomes a project, I retain the information needed to deliver and support it. Contracts, invoices and related records are kept for the period required by applicable law and any justified period needed to handle claims.

Provider delivery logs, operational logs and backups have separate retention arrangements controlled by those providers, so deleted information may remain in them for a limited time until it is overwritten or expires.

Contact info@simplisticweb.com to ask about the information I hold or request access, correction or deletion. Additional rights may apply depending on the law and processing involved.

I may need limited information to verify your identity. I will respond within the applicable legal deadlines and explain any information that must be retained. Where processing relies on consent, withdrawing consent affects future processing and does not invalidate lawful processing before withdrawal.

I will update this policy when relevant services or data practices change and display the revised date.
